You're the quarterback of the client experience - anticipating needs, managing flow, and creating a seamless, elevated visit from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. You'll work alongside a dynamic team, but this role requires initiative, grace under pressure, and a standard of excellence that doesn't waiver. At Park Hill, you will: <ul><li>Warmly host clients and guide them through their session experience</li><li>Open and close the studio, ensuring it's guest-ready</li><li>Assist clients over the phone - giving directions, answering questions, and setting expectations</li><li>Manage light administrative tasks (invoicing, data entry, marketing mailers, scheduling support)</li><li>Be the go-to for anything the team or client needs to keep the day running smoothly</li><li>Be present and available evenings and weekends (when the magic often happens)</li></ul>What makes you the right fit: <ul><li>A high-energy professional who loves people, children, and pets</li><li>Sharp, polished, and brand-aligned in both appearance and demeanor</li><li>A natural communicator - articulate, warm, and confident (both verbally and in writing)</li><li>Obsessed with the details - from tone of voice to ambient lighting to music volume to scents</li><li>A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments</li><li>A team-first player who leads with positivity and initiative</li><li>Previous hospitality or luxury retail experience a plus.</li></ul>This is a front-row seat to a mission-driven brand that makes people feel seen.
