This full time role with a part-time schedule offers top earnings, zero cold calling, and a calendar full of warm, qualified clients ready for a luxury experience. We are a small, 16 year old, woman owned Great Places to Work Certified business of 30 employees looking to add a 4th salesperson to our incredible team. No follow ups required.</li></ul>What We're Looking For <ul><li>2+ years of experience in B2C luxury, high-ticket, or commission-based sales</li><li>Exceptional listener with high emotional intelligence and warm presence</li><li>Polished, professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Expert-level skills in negotiation, objection handling, and active listening</li><li>Ability to sell from a script while staying natural and conversational</li><li>Willingness to follow a proven process and continuously improve</li></ul>Please note: Only candidates with a history of consultative, in person B2C selling will be considered.
